How do I initiate a reshipment or refund?
We issue refunds and free reshipments if any of the following events occur:
You receive the wrong product.
You receive damaged products.
The parcel is not delivered at all.
However if you are not available, or the shipping details are not correct, and the package is deemed undeliverable after multiple failed attempts, we cannot issue a refund or offer a free reshipment.
